“A unique multi-bldg hotel complex in a partially wooded area; superb! Also a well-above average breakfast. Emps were friendly & helpful. The ONLY problems were technical. None of the 3 desktop computers in the Business Center worked AND the "Guide" function of our room's TV "remote" was poor. (Takes far too long to find out which channels are available AND how to connect)”
“The hotel is undergoing a rennovation. Dust everywhere. The staff is not properly trained to navigate the situation in the hotel. Our room had a leak in the ceiling that was dripping onto the carpet, a refrigerator that did not work, linens that did not match-each bed was different, baseball trading cards in the bag that housed the dryer, and staff at the front desk who were not trained to handle these situations when approached by them. Would not stay here again until the rennovation is...
“We checked into a handicap room for a 4 night stay. It was very musty and there was black mold on the wall. The night staff (9 pm) left a note for the manager The morning staff upgraded us to a handicap suite at no charge.”
