“Nasty, gross, smelled horrible, dirty, cockroaches. The room was beyond dirty. Had old food on bedside tables. Sheet on the bed sideways, the bathroom had piss all over the toilet. I was afraid I was going to get hepatitis from that room. The smell was so bad. Just disgusting. I pointed out the issues and problems to the hotel staff who took pictures. “Was told id receive deposit back in 7-10 days. It took 25 days and after 10 I called and they hadn't even began refunding it even though I had called twice previously.”

“As people say, you get what you pay for. Even though there are some stains, overall, the room was clean. Personnels are really friendly. They gave me some useful information like transportation and restaurants near the accomodation and even they controled their speaking speed for me because I am a foreigner and English is not my mother tongue. ”
