"Great location re airport, light rail, 24/7 available shuttle to/from; affordable; rooms not well soundproofed; some issues w/thermostat, periodic noisy bathroom fan, no continental breakfast; 1 tissue package in rm, asked for & got more & towels; very friendly, helpful staff especially shuttle drivers! "

"When I arrived, the front desk gal was stressing due to not being able to locate their 2nd shuttle driver. When it was my turn to be checked in, she waived her hand to come hither versus greet with a smile and a welcome. I was there for a convention. Property is decent and convenient to SeaTac. Only real walkable restaurant is Spencers Steak House on property. Not bad and bit overpriced but the servers were awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Banquet staff were also friendly and responsive as well as helpful. Overall the stay was pleasant. Rooms were outdated a bit. Fitness Ctr is on other side of hotel lobby and only way to access is to walk through the banquet halls, which is a bit weird especially when you are at a convention and trying to be incognito from clients and colleagues. Decent place for a work thing, but wouldn't be a first choice to stay in the Seattle area. "

"The hotel is brand new in a good area of DT Seattle, very clean super tasteful design great mattress and bedsheets love the room size very spacious and the shower was GREAT The breakfast was ok , not too many choices and the room was pretty small. Overall amazing considering the price we paid ."
