The only negative aspect of our stay was the massage service. My girlfriend was very disappointed with the experience because the massage didn't focus on her shoulders which were sore. She told the practitioner about it, but they essentially refused to deviate from their plan, which was pretty lack luster and not effective at relaxing her muscles.”
