Amazing property. Clean, view of ocean, old town, and la Rocca. Nice terrace to sit and relax, lounge, and be part of bustling town. Beach is a few minutes walk away. If you like to be right in the heart of old town and experience this gem, Cefalu!, we highly recommend!!!!

Appartement avec grande terrasse vue mer

Appartement typique dans la vieille ville de Cefalu à un endroit ideal le long la rue principale a 200m du Duomo, sur une place où tout le monde vient se prendre en photo, proche de tous restaurants et commerces à 5min à pied de la plage et 10min de la gare ou du Supermarché Despar. L’appartement est sur 3 etages avec une piece à chaque etages et en son sommet une belle terrasse semi roof top avec vue mer ! Elle est tres bien équipé (vaisselle, machine a laver, lave vaisselle…) confortable et peux accueillir 6 personnes (un lit 2 places, 1 canapé lit et 2 matelas avec 2 balcons et une clim a chaque étage. Le proprio est tes reactifs, donne de bon conseils, parle plusieurs langue et nous laisser gracieusement l’appartement plus longtemps (15h vs 10h) etant donné qu’il n’etait pas loué le soir.
