Hotel com bom atendimento, o café da manhã é muito bom, o pão de queijo é uma delícia, melhor do que muitos hotéis. O quarto estava limpo. Não é um hotel novo, mas dá para passar 1 ou 2 noites tranquilamente. Os corredores não tem um cheiro muito bom, poderiam jogar alguns cheirinhos para ficar mais agradável.

Excelente em tudo! Ótima localização, poucos metros da Estação Ceilândia Centro. Os funcionários são todos simpáticos e educados. O quarto 307 é excelente, muito espaçoso, limpo, silencioso e cheio de tomadas. Infelizmente, não há nenhuma bem ao lado da cama. Vale lembrar que, em Brasília, a voltagem é de 220v. A ducha (é ducha mesmo, e não chuveiro elétrico) é deliciosa: quente e forte. Há água quente também na pia. Também há secador de cabelo. As toalhas são cheirosas e há duas cobertas macias e cheirosas à disposição. O ar condicionado funciona bem e é silencioso. A mesa para trabalho e refeições é bem grande, próxima a um janelão de chão ao teto, com luz natural ótima. O café da manhã é muito bom, com muitas opções, inclusive cuscuz cozido! 😋 O hotel tem um restaurante com opções de refeições e lanches a preços honestos! Há dois elevadores e entrada acessível na porta de entrada. O wi-fi gratuito funciona muito bem! Recomendo muitíssimo o Brisa Hotel e, caso precise voltar a Brasília, certamente me hospedar eu lá novamente.

Fui muito bem atendido pelos funcionários, mas o quarto não possuí janelas, por isso fui obrigado a usar o ar condicionado. O problema é que o ar soprava o vento sempre diretamente na minha cama, pois faltava aletas na saída do ar, mesmo aumentando a temperatura pelo controle, continuava saindo muito gelado o vento

O hotel em si é bom. Quarto bem amplo e confortável, ar condicionado e chuveiro funcionando perfeitamente (apenas uma ressalva para o box do banheiro que vazava água e acabava molhando todo o banheiro). Café da manhã com uma certa variedade de coisas, mas eram sempre as mesmas. (Fiquei hospedada 4 dias e passei a maior parte do tempo no hotel). Agora a comida do restaurante gostaria de evidenciar que é super gostosa e os preços são bem acessíveis. Uma última ressalva enquanto aos funcionários. Achei a grande maioria um tanto quanto despreparada para lhe dar com atendimento ao público. Acho que falta capacitação por parte do hotel. Os funcionários na grande parte do tempo com cara fechada, e comentando sobre alguns hóspedes na frente de outros, o que acaba gerando um certo desconforto. No geral o hotel é bom e atende bem as necessidades.

Boa tarde, ja estive em vários hotéis em localidade no centro de Brasília e não chega aos pés desse hotel, quartos grandes e confortável, TV a cabo nota 10, café da manha poderiam melhorar mais , mesmo assim nota 9, limpeza 10. tudo ótimo parabéns.
