We had the 48m2 room, spacious, comfy and everything you need. Bathroom was as big as our garage. Everything clean and beds are comfy. We used the swimmingpool twice. Highly recommendable. Breakfast was delicious. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. For us, this was a 10/10.

Nice relaxing place to stay

Lovely hotel a little far out of Celle so nothing apart from One restaurant within walking distance. Taxi ride 15€ into Center where there are many cars etc. Great pool and spa

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience

Très joli hôtel et très bon restaurant. Très jolie piscine. Malheureusement le service de recharge électrique est défaillant : ce n'est pas un service de l'hôtel et il ne fonctionne pas sans carte d'abonnement spécifique.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem gepflegten 4-Sterne Hotel genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut für einen Besuch von Celle und der Umgebung. Unser Wunsch nach einem Wellness-Wochenende ging leider nicht in Erfüllung. Enttäuschend war, dass es kein Dampfbad mehr gibt, obwohl es in der Werbung aufgeführt war. Ebenso wurden Massagen nicht angeboten. Auch war der Sauna-Bereich am Sonntag geschlossen. Bekannt war uns nicht, dass für die Nutzung der Sauna jeweils zusätzlich 6,- € anfallen. Das Restaurant war am Sonntagabend (29.09.24) geschlossen, wir wären gern Essen gegangen, da wir schon am Freitagabend die hervorragenden Speisen genossen hatten.

Slidt hotel

Slidt hotel som trænger til renovering. Da vi kom var restaurant lukket og fitness lukket pga vandskade. Værelse havde ikke aircon og vi så ikke aircon i andre dele af hotel. På værelse fandt vi slik og gamle sokker fra tidligere gæster, sølvfisk i bad og støv på alle flader i værelse. Kommer ikke igen.

Dejligt behageligt hotel med serviceudfordringer

Et dejligt opdateret hotel med masser af gode tilbud. Servicen var tilfredstillende, men personalet var ikke særlig servicemindede. Til tider lidt for "skarpe" i deres måde at være på. Det forventer man ikke når man betaler en pæn høj pris og betaler for ophold, spisning og beværtning. Man vil gerne værdsættes som gæst og ikke jagtes for at få underskrift på alt muligt.

Ruhiges Hotel mit Wellness

Ruhiges Hotel (trotz nahegelegenen Straße) in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Celle (9 Minuten mit dem Auto bis in die Altstadt). Alles war sauber, besonders zu erwähnen sind die vorhandenen Fliegengitter. Coronabedingt ist der Wellnessbereich nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet gewesen (statt 23:30 Uhr). Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber doch ausreichend. Nichts besonderes. War mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier, beim nächsten Besuch in Celle komme ich sicher wieder.

Warning. Never book with this hotel.

We had cancelled the reservation atleast a week prior to the stay. The hotel still took the money and refused to reimburse us. They had done this to 3 other couples in our party which were all separate bookings. This was total theft and absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Reception unkind and not a nice experience. Room small and warm, no fan or aircon. Break feast buffet with few selections, slow to refill, not living up to the standard expected at this hotel.
