The resort is just magical. Beautiful structures through the property. Every where you turn is a picture perfect moment. The pool was a bit cold but very clean with lots of seating. Loved every minute of our stay.

We loved the property the way it was built the rooms the facilities the restaurant can use a much bigger menu and more variety we loved the pool area the spa I recommend this place it’s worth going and price is good

Unusual hotel that would have been amazing back in the day but now needs a lot of TLC however the rooms were clean but furniture a bit tatty. I would not consider it a 4 star hotel It would benefit from tea making facilities in the room and abolishing the single use shower gel which are so not good for the environment. It would also be nice to have a bench or table outside the room as the bar/ cafe area is not v inviting. The pool was lovely and we often had it to ourselves but needed a bit of a clean round the edges We ate in the restaurant once, the pasta was good but my spaghetti was dry and hard. This was disappointing considering it was our most expensive meal. There are however lovely local family run restaurants in the local towns only a few minutes drive away Breakfast was simple but nice. We did not have time to use the spa We enjoyed our stay despite the above but it is a bit quirky and certainly needs a lot of updating.

We live in Bari and decided to ride our bikes from the San Pietro train station about 5 miles from the hotel. Super easy ride to the hotel, they let us check in early so we could use the pool. It was 95 degrees. Room was older but we were happy with it. Nice fridge to keep our beverages and food cold. We had the comfort room and it was spacious enough for our bikes, which the staff said was ok to put in our rooms. Pool area was amazing. Great bar where we could get drinks that were fairly priced. We had lunch at don carmelo and we thought it was great and fairly priced as well. Overall we had a great stay and the staff were helpful.

Booked one night but ended up staying 2!! Loved it

It was absolutely amazing!!! From the moment we arrived until the warm hugs from the staff when we left!! The property is full of character and has fantastic accommodations, food, wine of course and service that beats out some 5 Star hotels. Special shout out to Chiara, Antonella and Vito who were extra special and deserve to be named for how well they treated us. Thank you for making this a memorable trip! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Het resort is opgezet als een dorp, het is ooit een oude boerderij geweest en daar is in 'oude stijl' bijgebouwd. Het heeft nu veel weg van een Efteling attractie met overal twinkel-lichtjes. Kamer is degelijk, schoon genoeg met prima bedden. Douche is goed. Geen tafel om aan te zitten of je natte goed aan op te hangen. Ontbijt is goed. Zwembad lag vol met steengruis. Mijn zoon heeft zijn handen en voeten er aan opengehaald. Het wordt eigenlijk onvoldoende schoongemaakt, zo ook voor de roosters langs het zwembad. Toen wij vertrokken kwamen we erachter dat het resort en de naastgelegen wijnmakerij van de artistieke Al Bano zijn. Overal hangen zijn foto's. Het lijkt wel een verafgoding.

¡Tenute Al Bano jamás defrauda! Cada vez que lo visitamos es mucho mejor. Un lugar ideal para relajarte en el corazón del Salento y sentirte como en casa. Nos trataron maravillosamente. El personal es excelente. Gracias a Mariana, Veronica, Gianni, Vito, Dino y Roberto (que nos salvó cuando se nos quedó la llave de la habitación dentro). Ahora, lo más maravilloso fue Al Bano, que lo vimos dos veces y es tan cercano, respetuoso e interesado por sus fans que sientes que estas hablando con un amigo de toda la vida. Sin duda volveremos a este increíble hotel a relajarnos y a comer de maravilla en el restaurante Don Carmelo. Gracias Al Bano, con cariño tus fans de Santander, España.

Unter unserer Erwartung.

Extrem abgelegen. Sehr karge Umgebung (landschaftlich). Unterkunft eigentlich zu teuer für den angebotenen Standard. Zu wenig Gastronomie auf dem Anwesen (lediglich ein Restaurant mit relativ hohen Preisen und geringem Speisenangebot nur abends). Zudem zu späte Öffnungszeit ab 20.15 Uhr.

Que lugar más fantastico. El hotel es precioso; todo muy cuidado, bonito y limpio. Resalta el personal tan profesional que tienen. Te hacen sentir como una princesa. Antonella, Guisy y Marianna fueron muy atentas en la recepción. Veronica y Chiara en la enoteca, siempre al pendiente y muy serviciales. El restaurante Don Carmelo es increíble. Se come de maravilla.
