"The hotel is amazing. Its literally a cave!! You can have an amazing morning view of the hot air ballons. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will assist you with everything you need including tranaportation, our booking daily activities. They are always willing to help and provide you with information and assistance. The food is also greet. The breakfast team is very polite and help you. Variety in food selection for the breakfast is great"

"Amazing stay. Property was beautiful with great views. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable, the water pressure was strong and it was cool to stay in a cave. Staff was amazing and provided top notch service from the front desk to who helped with bags to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. We booked tours, the hammam spa, and airport transfers all through the hotel and they were incredibly communicative and great at coordinating. I only wish we had stayed longer"
