"We had a Cave room and loved it! Very spacious, well appointed. The staff are excellent here. They assisted with baggage, made restaurant suggestions and helped us with some preplanned activities. The breakfast includes eggs to order plus other hot and cold offerings. Great service in the breakfast room too. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Once we parked our car for the day, we didn’t need to use it again for dining options. I think this is rated a 3 star but it’s a 4 star all the way, in my opinion."

"It is truly a unique hotel. The hotel staff was amazing. They were very helpful and always readily available. The on-site restaurant was superb. Really enjoyed the food. The free breakfast had so many food options. The room was very spacious and clean. It was a fascinating experience, living inside a cave hotel room. The concierge staff was extremely helpful in arranging multiple activities throughout the area. I was able to book all my activities as well as airport transport to the hotel with them. I cannot say enough good things. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I recently stayed at Holiday Cave Hotel during the first week of April, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks. The hotel is very well located right in the Göreme area, just a 5–10 minute walk from the main market, which made getting around very convenient. The property itself was clean and comfortable, which is always a big plus. We stayed in a family room that had one large queen-size bed and three single beds for the kids. The beds were comfortable, and the room size worked well for our family. However, there were a few maintenance issues—two lights above the bed weren’t working, and although we informed the staff, nothing was done about it. Similarly, the jacuzzi in the bathroom had decorative rainbow lights that didn’t function. On the positive side, the bathroom was spacious and nicely designed. Initially, there was no hot water, but after we reported it, the issue was resolved, which we appreciated. Since we visited in early April, the pool was not open, which is understandable due to the season. One highlight of the stay was the terrace—you can see the famous Cappadocia hot air balloons from there, which is a lovely experience. Breakfast was generally good, but there was a noticeable difference between the two days we stayed. On Sunday, breakfast was excellent (9/10), with freshly made gözleme (a delicious Turkish stuffed bread). However, on Monday, the experience dropped to about 7/10. The gözleme was not available, despite us arriv"
