"The befs were so bad we didnt sleep all night and felt bad all the next day. I live in arkansas and have stayed before. The beds were great at the time. Not sure we hat happened. Also, there should be safety bars ib all the bathrooms. In the public bathroom there wasnt a handicapped bathroom at all. It was very difficult to get up for.me a d my sister. I was so embarrassed to take my sister and niece to what i thought would be a great experience for them. "
Wyndham Grand Executive Center Little Rock Airport
2/10 Terrible
"Upon arrival, walking to the elevator, then the walk thru the atrium made it seem like it would be very clean. There was the smell of brand new carpet and all looked really fresh there, until, we entered the room. There was an awful smell. Then looking at the desk it was obviously really old. My husband turned the air down to cool the room. We waited a couple minutes. It kicked on, was really loud, but not as LOUD as it would become. We called the front desk, they sent a maintenance guy He arrived quickly. He reset the thermostat and returned shortly to see if it worked. We went to dinner, the restaurant was good with great service. We returned and the thermostat was set low, at 68 but the room was still reading 77°, so we called the front desk again. We asked if we could get another room, she said the only other rooms they had were on the other side of the hotel and those elevators were out so we would have to access the room by the stairs. My husband is set up for knee surgery soon so that wasnt an option. She said she could send the maintenance man back. He returned quickly. He tried again to fix it but it wasnt going to cool down. He offered us a fan, and went to get it. We opened the window, but it smelled like Marijuana so we shut it. I went to take a shower and the water pressure was great but then the hair dryer was broke. The bed was sunk in the middle and the room was warm all night long! Terrible experience except for the staff, they were great."
