Staff very helpful and friendly if you have any questions about the property. The balcony lakeside view of Lake Hamilton is breath taking at sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect and quiet. We have always enjoyed our stay here and will be returning. ”

“Staff was very helpful, needed a new in room coffee pot, it was brought right away with tons of coffee pods too. Given a tour of the Grand Ballroom by a staff member that was extra special. Loved the original fixtures in our room, and the entire building! comfortable stay! ”

“Breakfast is very good! Lots of choices. Unfortunately, there was a teen cheerleaders competition in town. One girl was very sick. She literally went around breakfast food coughing on everything. Her mother and grandmother could have made her waffle and took her breakfast to room. Then 2 girls came to breakfast in their boy short panties. They literally had booty hanging out. I asked them if they were cold? The mom and girls laughed about it. I told them I had sweat pants I would go get them....
