"To be honest, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, things did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. When I first requested a room change due to the noise outside my room, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes without anything being done. The staff kept telling me, β€œJust five more minutes.” It would have been much better if they had given me a more realistic estimate of how long it would actually take. In the second room, I could constantly hear the sound of running water coming from the air conditioner, so I had to change rooms once again. The hotel was exceptionally clean, but the facilities seem to need maintenance and repairs. Overall, while I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the room issues and the way they were handled made my stay less comfortable than it should have been."
