"Great facilities, but annoying experience with ‘nickle-and-diming’ services. For example, they make you pay for every individual component of tennis rentals, including having to rent racquets, court time, and having to buy the tennis balls - all separate payments and relatively steep. Additionally, even if you purchase the dinner package, you do not get any drinks including water. You need to order mineral water (at a relatively steep price), and the irony is that this is a mineral water hotel. As long as you don’t mind paying for activities as you go, facilities are very nice."

"Everything was new or recently renovated. For me it had excellent room furniture display to make the space quite confortable and with a lot of space to have everything organized and tidy. The only things I think they can improve are that they didn't have bathroom mat, the tea pot was not previously cleaned and the heat in the room was TOO high and there was no way to cool it even with the heater turn off."
