"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"Mi estancia ha sido muy buena. En varias paquinas de búsqueda del alojamiento está mal indicada la hora de la entrada. Es a las 17h. Pero el dueño ha sido muy amable y se ha resuelto el problema ( porque hemos venido mucho antes). No somos habituales clientes que utilizan este tipo de alojamientos y no sabiamos que hay que llevar ropa de la cama consigo. Pero no hay problema se alquilan sábanas por 3€. "Place was close to the city center and the plaza. It was walking distance to many dining options and quaint shops. Great location and beautiful architecture. There is a free snack lounge with coffee, water and pastries from 12PM-6AM. Vic is a small town near Vic University and getting transportation during siesta time and late nights is difficult at best. You have to arrange it in advance if you need to go farther than you are willing to walk. The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable."
