The Singular Santiago

"The Singular offers a wonderful experience for anyone visiting Santiago. The staff are super welcoming, always willing to help with our queries. A lot of attention to detail and to making our visit a special occasion. The rooms are spacious and beautiful decorated, with tall windows which makes the space naturally illuminated. The rooftop restaurant was one of our favourites in Chile. Local ingredients prepared with care and outstanding flavour. We had a massage at their spa and it was fantastic. The staff at the spa is exceptional as well. Always welcoming and willing to help."

"The hotel is super confortable, the staff is so attentive, will be available all the time, recommendations for restaurants, tours, places to visit. Even the taxi was fantastic. Our concierge Camilo was outstanding. And Andrea , the taxi driver was amazing, they made us feel home. Will recommend 200%"

"Buena atencion auque siendo mi cumpleaños, siempre voy en esa fecha, olvidaron completamente este año mi cumpleanos. no esperaba demasiaso pero si como en otros años una tarjeta manuscrita con algun mensaje y alguna pequeña atencion como habia sucedido en viajes anteriores. De alguna manera el ultimo dia la perdona encargada de los clientes del club dea cerco y muy gentilmente se disculpo despues de una pequena charla y al volver a nuestro cuarto alli estaba una lindisima tarjeta con unos bombones equisitos. Muchisimas gracias ! A veces la sensacion es que el Mandarin Orientad de la ciudad de Santiago no reune las expectativas del los clientes que conocemos la calidad de los mismos atraves del mundo. Creo que existen pequeñas cosas que se podrian mejorar. La habitacion en la zona club del hotel es muy agradable con vistas maravillosas sobre la cordillera, el salon àra el desayuno te y aperitivos es excelente con muy buena cualidad de productos y atencion . Seguramente volveremos y le volveremos a dar una nueva oportunidad para el año proximo!"

"2nd time staying here. Very convenient location -- walking distance to many sites. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace this time, which had surprisingly good food to compliment the drinks & atmosphere. Overall, just a well-operated hotel. Very happy we chose to stay here (again)."

"We had an excellent stay at Capital Bellet in Santiago and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The room was outstanding—modern, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the smooth check-in to the excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you're looking for a modern hotel in a fantastic location with beautiful rooms and excellent service, Capital Bellet is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved the location. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Emilio at the front desk demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, care, and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also want to thank the concierge team, especially Anna and Robert (or the gentleman with the longer hair—we unfortunately don’t remember his name). He was also very helpful and made a positive impression on us."
