The indoor pool was clean and just warm enough. The sauna was also clean and heated very well. It was very quiet at night, so easy to sleep and the place was generally well maintained. "This hotel is unique. It is strangely integrated into a mall with restaurants a cinema and shops (although not all open as I went on a special day of celebration) The design is very interesting but not so easy to find your way. My only complaint is that in the room the wi-fi was not good. It might be that our room was very far from the reception desk. Even so we enjoyed being there "

"This place has alot of potential. It is decent, on nice grounds, restaurants are good, the staff are nice but a huge downfall is the bathroom. The shower is uncomfortable to be in, with very little water pressure, awkward layout and the water spills over onto the bathroom floor which is a bit of a hazard. I did spot a couple of cockroaches in the room, which bothers me. Fix these issues, and I think i would be encouraged to come back."
