This is one of my favourite hotels and I have done a lot of travelling. It was so clean, modern, quiet and a great location in Newcastle. I would recommend this hotel.

First and foremost, I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff members who truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Riley, Marco, Jo, and Wheyne deserve special recognition for their outstanding service and unwavering dedication to ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly made my stay extra accommodating. The rooms are an absolute dream! Not only are they beautifully designed, but they are also incredibly comfortable. From the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities, every detail has been carefully curated to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation. My favorite part of the stay was the library and lounge area. It's the perfect retreat for unwinding with a good book or catching up with friends. The cozy ambiance and stylish decor create an inviting atmosphere that you'll never want to leave.

Front rotating door needs attention as it stopped spinning twice on me as I entered the door. Staff said it's new and doing that a bit yet no warning signs on display. An accident waiting to happen

We loved the property itself and the gym especially. Great find during our short stay in Newcastle. Only downside was our room (330 I believe) didn’t have Wi-Fi capabilities. The staff tried logging in as well and it seems like that particular location is a dead-spot for Wi-Fi. While visiting from abroad, it’s not always possible to access data from our phones so having Wi-Fi would have been nice for the one night we were there. Hopefully the team can figure out how to expand the Wi-Fi capabilities across all of the rooms. Overall, would recommend to others visiting Newcastle.

A modern hotel on Newcastle’s quayside. Bright, open and clean lobby. Welcoming reception staff. Bar, work space, gym, on site parking. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms with the best black out blinds in the universe. For the price of an Ibis. From someone who full-times in hotels, this team has it dialed in!

The room was clean as it was brand-new, modern with technology assisting convenience and comfort, functional at the same time, amenities one could think of were all available, and the large gym helped me stay healthy during my holiday, which I often had to give up due to unavailability, its open hours, or being very basic. I was able to work hours in the room when I had to but still very comfortably. Staff were nice and greeted with smile every in and out. Hope future guests and cleaners maintain the rooms nice.
