โThe staff was super friendly and the room was clean. The room was advertised as ocean view but it was on the side of the building. My fault for not reading the description a little better as it did advertise that. The view was good though. The ice machine was down the first two days but it was repaired and the staff apologized for the inconvenience. Overall it was really good. โ
โMy wife and I stayed 5 nights in the lodge in an Ocean View 2 queen bed room. The room was clean and well maintained. The view overlooking the golf course and ocean was wonderful. It was a short walk to the water park and restaurants. We really enjoyed the resortโ
โWhat a wonderful stay!! After flight delays and cancelled car rental this was by far the best part of our trip. Right on the beach and had a great balcony view! The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful! Would absolutely stay againโ
โThe rooms, outside around the property, and lobby areas were always spotless clean! The only complaint was that the hotel is a bit old and run down, but even with that complaint, it was still always spotless clean!โ
โWe do a girl's trip every August to HRD and it never fails to disappoint. From the time we pull up to check in, until the time we leave, it's a great time. Great service, clean room and comfortable beds. The pool server this year was exceptional - I wish I remembered her name (she was Hungarian). Always an exceptional experience!โ
โWe were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk and check in was a breeze. The room was great, it was a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen which was great to have. The room had a decent view of the ocean and was great to have easy access to the beach. The pool is like a lazy river. Itโs close to places to eat if you wanna get some great seafood go to Hulls Seafood, itโs the best! I will stay here again in the future when Iโm in Ormond Beach.โ
โA beautiful and serene stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and welcoming. We've stayed here multiple times with large groups and have always enjoyed the property. You can't beat the convenience for Cruises: pick up from the airport, roundtrip to the Cruise port and return to the airport.โ
โThe Ormond Beach suite 1610 was so spacious. Very clean and very comfortable. The views of the beach and sunrise from the room were beautiful. We had a great stay and definitely will rent that room again. โ
โClean, comfortable, Right on the Ocean, nice restaurants and bars right there! Staff was accommodating and friendly. Pool was fantastic! Excellent stay, and even though there were ritzier places to stay, never felt we missed a thing in our stay. Wonderful stay! Would be back without a doubt!โ
โCompass Hotel was immaculately clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is literally across the street. Food and drinks in both restaurants were very good and competitively priced. โ
