“The pictures shown on the site for the motel are from remodeled or updated areas. Sadly, we were given a room right out of the movie, Trains, Planes, and Automobiles. Wood paneling, torn up linoleum flooring, dirty carpet with an area ripped and covered with a nasty rug, popcorn ceiling, pieces of cardboard folded and holding the air conditioner vent open, all just ick. “It was pretty cute, but online site a bit misleading. Thought it was by the lake for the view.”

“Zero redeeming qualities!! Old stained carpet, squeaky floors, musty smells, cigarette butts everywhere (motel provides #10 cans every couple doors), ash on carpet, you can hear every sound from outside or the room next door. Ugly furnishings, crappy tv and an uncomfortable bed. Parking spots are all compact but most vehicles there are full size. My room #47 looked nothing like the pics. I have low standards but would not walk barefoot in this room. And over $100 a night??, a step back in time...

“This place is very outdated. Our room was clean , which is most important but the mattresses were very old and soft , pillows old and flat. If you need a quick place to stay it will Do since accommodations in the small town are slim.”

“Not sure the listing as "full kitchen" was correct. There was no oven, mini fridge only with limited freezer space. We brought food to cook in the oven so we ended up eating out instead of cooking in, which increased the price of the trip. We were supposed to get an email the day of arrival but did not. Called, no answer, ended up having to text, just was a hassle. Not all the windows had a covering so it was bright inside the cabin.”
