“Homeless looking people were sitting all around the property. A gas grill was chained to a post in the parking lot for the “residents” to cook. The room and bathroom weren’t bad. There is no one at the lobby. Everything is virtual AND slow. I don’t blame them for wanting to stay away, but…… It’ll be awhile before I book another Motel 6.”

“Funky, with spirit! I love the fact that the new owners were up front about their investment in the older property and passionate about gradually bringing it up to speed. It’s a classic motel in need of care, which means in need of customers. The room was totally clean, easy access, and easy parking for a motorcycle. I’m sure I’ll stay again, as it’s on my US 50 route for road trips. Keep this one going!”

“AC worked microwave did not work satellite in and out. 1 minute on minute off no ice machine no coffee machine controller for TV does not work place run down and dirty stay at your own risk I will not be back ”

“Sink was almost clogged when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk the next morning and it was fixed in the evening, even though it was a Sunday. Thanks!”

“Amber the night clerk was welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. Parking, breakfast staff were all nice. The shower was clean and nice but the showerhead could use some Lime Away or a vinegar soak.”

“I would prefer to stay at an old hotel more than a best western. This is a very small town and there's lots of vacant buildings, the hotel looks a little rough on the outside but the rooms are beautifully maintained there's a shady spot with AstroTurf for dogs that's fenced in and they were very nice with the staff and it was very quiet the night that we stayed. For the price this was an excellent deal.”
