Clean and well furnished room. Great swimming pool and hot tub indoors. Wonderful that they accept dogs without an extra charge. We will always stop here when we are in Ely.

The staff were professional and accommodating. The room was perfect. I liked the set up with shelves above the microwave. It made it easy for me to be organized. All employees I encountered were nice & friendly. I loved the hot tub. It was at a nice temperature.

Can't remember his name, but the front desk/casino cage staff was excellent. Asked him what to go do around town. We were upgraded to the main hotel, which was nice of them to do, but we specifically wanted a motel since we had our dog and would need to let them out, so he moved us back over to the annex building across the street with no problems. The bartender in the casino was also very nice and entertaining. Lost all my gambling money, but thems the breaks!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed the little extras in our room…like comfy pillows, bedding, beds, water in the fridge, Dove products, cookies and mints…just very charming. The desk clerks were so helpful and apologetic when our room wasn’t ready on time…short staffed but all was handled well.
