"Most rooms in Japan are very tiny but this place has great size rooms for Japan and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has its own family mart and they have several restaurants. Located in the city center and many other places around that will help you enjoy your stay and close to nightlife center ( 10 min walk)"
"Onsen was great although popular as busy. That's good though.
Rooms are good with comfortable beds and good air conditioning.
Breakfast was good but the coffee machine is awful. Very slow and makes poor coffee with small amount that doesn't fill the mug nor is hot.
Lifts are also very (very) slow and wastes time waiting and often full when it gets to your called floor. Definitely need more lifts (obviously unlikely) or at least increase the speed a little bit if possible.
This is compounded by being unable to use the stairs which would reduce the demand for the lifts.
It's a good hotel but I wouldn't return again."
