The entire staff was consistently friendly and eager to assist. Every time I returned, the security guard would kindly open the door. When I asked for attraction recommendations and help booking local tours, the staff were proactive and patient. A particular highlight was their assistance with phone calls, as I didn't have a local Philippine number. The location is excellent, just a short distance from SM City.
