Staff is always great. ABC is a beautiful and unique hotel and I always stay there when in Angeles. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, they only had smoking rooms.. somehow they didn't get the non-smoking room request. Also, the first room's air conditioner was not working so they transferred me to another room.

Wonderful hotel, Incredibly polite and helpful staff. Rooms are amazing, huge and have minibar plus additional appliances available. The hotel offer so much to the guest.
