We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. "The location was excellent and close to transit, restaurants and the Danube. The front desk and house keeping staff were very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the plastic mattress cover as it made for a clammy kind of sleep. A more breathable fabric would make a huge difference. Overall, a great stay. Maintenance please check the shower drain in room 419 as it didn’t drain very well."
