Central Valley, Costa Rica hotel rooms at the Best Western

"Clean room/ nice staff/ Pool very clean "

"Our flight was cancelled so we unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy this hotel and they didn’t refund our money. I’m sure it’s a nice hotel. "

"Rooms are clean, staff was good, airport shuttle isn't great. Doesn't run early enough and only arrives at the airport once every 45 to 1 hour. Pool is nice but the bar has never been open. "

"Air conditioning was not great. The room was a little dusty and I didn´t like it. There were no ameneties which is fine but that was poor. Also, hot water wasn´t enough. I was only there for 1 night but I won´t come back. "

"The staff were so friendly and professional. We looked forward to the amazing breakfast every morning. By far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The pool area is beautiful and comfortable. We got around via Uber which was a bit of a problem because this hotel used to be called Best Western but got split into two hotels and a number of the drivers were confused by that."
