“This hotel was very dirty inside and out. Our floors in our room were filthy dirty. When walking with bare feet, they were black. I wiped the floor with a towel and it was black. We complained at the front desk and brought our towel with us. Gavin told us he would have the room floors cleaned but it took 2 days for them to clean them and they never did clean room 147.
