"Nossa estadia teve pontos positivos e alguns aspectos que podem ser melhorados. Chegamos ao local cerca de 1 hora antes do check-in e conseguimos acessar a recepção pela liberação facial. Sabemos que a entrada oficial é após as 15h e que a liberação antecipada depende de disponibilidade. No nosso caso, não foi possível, embora tenhamos observado outros hóspedes acessando os quartos com mais de uma hora de antecedência. Talvez valha alinhar melhor esse critério para evitar dúvidas entre os...

"Gostamos do apartamento, limpo, agradável. Tivemos dificuldade para acessar o prédio, porém foi resolvido em pouco tempo. Utilizamos a piscina e a academia do prédio, os dois espaços muito bons e organizados, nossa experiência foi muito boa."
