“Excellent hotel, petit , ultra luxueux , ultra qualitatif .”

“We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least ”

“고풍스럽고, 방이 넓고, 궁전에 방같음. 직원친절, 구시가지관광하기 편리한위치. 조식훌륭, 주차편리. 잔돈이없어 팁을 못주고나와 미안했슴”

“Very well maintained historic property in great location. The lady at reception was very nice. Only problem was we needed to take a bus to Sibiu and she told us I reservation was necessary. Turns out it was actually a van and was sold out. After some negotiation the driver let os on but we had to stand the whole way in a very full van. Other than that the stay was excellent.”

“Not recommend to stay. Aged furniture and facility. ”

“A very charming hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, located in the heart of downtown Sighișoara. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.”
