“Really only had one issue. The room we had was the closest to the karaoke pit and it was super loud until 10pm. You couldn't even make a phone call in the room. Staff did move us to a different room at the other end of the complex and it was fine over there. Just something to ask about when you book the room in case you need it to be a bit quiet for business/personal calls, watching TV, or whatever. Other than that it's a fun place to hang out. Beautiful views, great activities, etc.”

“This retreat is an absolute paradise and oasis that makes the stresses of day to day life melt away! It felt both meditative and romantic. It is easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed. I wish we had stayed longer. Every part of it was clean and in great condition. The staff were warm and welcoming. You can tell that every detail has been designed with much thought and care. The setting is gorgeous. You are surrounded by mountains, fresh air, waterfalls, and the sounds of birds and frogs....

Mejor servicio para los cuartos ya que nunca nadie vino en estos 5 días que nos quedamos para limpieza, no hay que que estar llamando y enviando mensajes para eso , porque con poner el aviso en la puerta de que pueden tocar y entrar es suficiente, se dice todo.... Por lo demás está bien...”

“I absolutely loved this place! Everything was so clean, and housekeeping came every morning to make the bed and refresh the towels, which was a nice touch. The shower even had a handheld shower head, which I appreciated. The outdoor atmosphere was incredibly calm and peaceful, with multiple pools and BEAUTIFUL landscaping throughout the property. The private beach was spotless, and the water was crystal clear. The restaurant served delicious food, and one of my favorite parts was the island...

“Beautiful stay. Walked to the dock where we took an excursion to see the bio bag at night. Restaurants everywhere and all look so good. We ate at El Karakol since the restaurant at the hotel was closed. Beautiful morning views. It’s not a long term stay facility but I Would definitely stay again.”

La cama tenia acaros, gracias a dios que llevamoa ropa de cama extra y spray para la cama ( la primera noche fue horrible, a mitad de la noche nos levantamos por algo no estaba picando)”
