“I expected this hotel to be 4 stars, but it didn't live up to my expectations. And there were no towels in the my room, they didn't speak English, and the service was a mess. i do not recommend this place”

“Very good”

“Restaurant was very good. Air conditioning did not work properly and the hotel could not fix. My perception that hotel is a 3 stars”

“I saw the picture on the site and reserved a suite room, but the actual room was different from the picture, so I asked for a room with a bathtub in the picture, and they said no. As I checked, there weren't many customers on the day, so shouldn't the hotel change rooms for sure. I don't understand.”

“Excellent restaurant. Helpful staff”

“Staff is friendly, but the location is terrible here, it's right next to an expensive toll booth so you will not have an easy time getting an Uber if you need one, and if you are driving you will be paying about R$40 any time you go out depending on which direction you're going. Food delivery is good there. The bathroom smells pretty bad and is rather outdated, the pool is in need of cleaning, and the pillows can sometimes have rips and tears on them. Overall it was fine since I got a good...

“I stayed in a suite in this hotel it was comfortable and spacious with a balcony. This is an older hotel that could use some repairs. I think this Hotel could definitely be a nice Hotel if some of these simple repairs were accomplished. I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the gentleman down there made me some fresh scrambled eggs because they had run out of eggs towards the end of the breakfast.”

“Limpeza perfeita.
