Atendimento muito bom, funcionários super simpáticos, café da manhã excelente (só achamos que servem muito tarde), quarto era meio apertado, mas com varanda e um banheiro grande, então compensou.

Camera assegnata diversa da quella prenotata, accoglienza non idonea verso il cliente, richiesta l'intervento x una pulizia nel bagno trovato sporco e in pessime condizioni,muffa in giro e pavimento di legno marcio,kit di benvenuto non consegnato, colazione da dimenticare... dovrebbe togliere la scritta 4 stelle e metterne 1 sola. Non lo consiglio.Ho fatto un po' di foto se nel caso dovesse servire Paolo Di Giuseppe

No es lo que esperaba. Según fotos y reseñas, no concuerdan con la realidad. Hotel pequeño. Le daría categoría pensión. No hay recepción. La habitación muy pequeña y oscura. El baño igual, con ducha muy incomoda. Bombillas fundidas, mando tv sin pilas, en la neverita 1 sola bebida. El desayuno, no es lo que ponen los comentarios. No está mal, pero justo. Nada del otro mundo.

Not all what it seems.!

Havde booket et værelse, med dampsauna som var i ringe tilstand. Tilkalket etc - men a/c virkede ikke og værelset var kun 16 grader. Vi fik dog hurtigt et andet og en some what opgradering - men a/c larmede ret meget, og var nødt til at køre konstant i alle dage med 26-27 grader for at holde en holdbar rumtemperatur😞 Der skulle også være en spa afdeling, og var årsagen til vi valgte netop det hotel - men det var ikke åbent… Personalet var supersøde unge mennesker, der gjorde hvad de kunne - så om sommeren er det sikkert langt bedre at besøge..

Hotel molto carino in ottima posizione, sicuramente merita qualche miglioria o accorgimento in più per dichiararsi 4 stelle, sia dal punto di vista della struttura che del personale. Colazione dolce molto ricca, buona e abbondante, più scarsa invece per chi ama il salato; le camere doppie standard sono veramente piccole, bagno compreso, ma kit di cortesia molto buono. Pulizia precisa. Ho fatto il check-in più veloce della storia, forse qualche info in più all'accoglienza su orari, servizi della struttura ecc... non guasterebbe. Suggerirei di dare più attenzione ai dettagli che spesso fanno tornare il cliente e rendere l'atmosfera della colazione un po' più professionale, non con un cameriere che va avanti e indietro come un pazzo e se chiedi un caffè dal bar e non dalla macchina automatica ( che non è per italiani...) magari un sorriso fa la giornata :-)
