어처구니없는 호텔측의 대처
오후5시반쯤 Salzburg에서 이동하면서 이 호텔 예약을 하고 차로 가다가 호텔에 주차상황을 물어보려 전화했더니 18시 체크인마감이라 그 시간지나면 숙반안된다고했다. 우리가족은 20시쯤 도착예정이었는데. 그래서 난 예약 시 18시 체크인마감인걸 몰랐으니 룸키를 어디에라도 맡겨주면 된다고생각했고 호텔이라면 체크인은일찍 마감하더라도 비상연락망 같은것이 있어야한다고 생각했는데. 그어떤조취도없이 무조건 안된다고만 했다. 그내용을 전혀모른채 예약했고 결재가 끝났을뿐더러 호텔닷컴측으로부터 예약 후 바로 "이제 확정된 예약이므로 내용확인을 다시할필요가 없다"는 컨펌메일을 받았기때문이다. 그 후 체스키로 가면서 다른호텔을 찾으려 검색을 다시할때도 그들이 말하는 체크인마감시간 18시가 넘었음에도 라르고 라는호텔은 계속 예약가능 리스트에 나왔다. 이미 체크인 시간이 지났음에도 불구하고말이다. 이건분명 틀린시스템이다. 체스키에 20시 조금넘어 도착하여 라르고에 가봤더니 입구문이 잠겨있었고 그누구와도 컨택할수없었을뿐더러 이름이 호텔인데도 불구하고 체크인 이외나 밤사이시간을 위한 아무런 비상연락처같은 메모도 없었다. 우리가 보통 알고있는 호텔이 아니었다. 나는 호텔스닷컴에 전화로 상황설명을 하고 취소를 요구했고. 호텔스닷컴측은 사실여부를 알아보았는데. 이 호텔은 우리가 체크인을 했다고 거짓말을 했다고… 암튼 난 다른호텔숙박기록에 관한영수증과 라르고라는 호텔과의 통화기록을 호텔스닷컴에 제출하였다. 전혀 상식이 통하지않는 호텔직원이라는 생각을하면서도 체코의 시스템인가,라는 생각에 앞으로 체코여행은 만사를 살피고 조심해야겠다는 생각을했다.

위치 매우 좋고 이발사의 다리와 망토다리 등 모두 가까워요 ! ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 체스키성도 가깝고 주변 맛집들도 다 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 가까운 위치에요 ! 조식이 무슨 케잌부페처럼 엄청 많이 나오고 장난 아니게 커요, !! 특히 TV와 USB호환되어서 핸드폰에 저장되어있던 영화들 연결해서 봤어요 너무 좋았어요 ㅠㅠㅠ

체스키에서 지내신다면 강추!!
체스키 마을이 워낙 작은 동네라 접근성은 좋았습니다. 시설도 너무 깨끗하고 리셉션 직원분도 매우 친절히 맞이해주셔서 편하게 지내다 왔습니다 :) Super cozy and clean room, which is located in chesky village and kind staff! I highly recommand :)

리틀 푸라하에서의 하룻 밤
호텔은 무척 깨끗하고 사장님이 매우 친절하여 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 단점이라면 에어콘이 없어서 창문을 열어 놓고 생활하다 보니 조금 밖에서 소음이 있었어요. 그러나 다시 체스키 크롬로프에 간다면 라르고를 이용할 생각입니다.

This place was amazing! We stayed an extra night we loved it so much. Staff was great and very helpful. Room was so super comfortable. We will definitely be back and will be booking at Largo again. Special call out to the nice lady down stairs who serves the breakfast. Very accommodating.

二月份是CK小鎮的淡季，所以沒有什麼觀光客，當天只有我們一組房客入住，所以是到旅館的門口打電話，才知道如何入住。房內的設備簡單，但該有的都有，而且寬敞，隔天早上，雖然只有我們一組客人，但還是準備非常豐富的早餐，非常有誠意，很令人讚嘆，如果有機會再到CK小鎮，還是會考慮入住。

Largo is a nice property in the middle of the town The rooms are newly renovated including the washroom and it was super comfortable, the right size was good for 2 and included a mini fridge We had a street view, stayed weekday and was super quiet We arrived by car and the Parking is P1 outside the city and about 250mts away from the hotel - super easy and beautiful walk. Largo is close to everything, the river, restaurants & coffee places and a 5 min walk to the castle The staff was friendly, they waited for us for check in Breakfast was included as they have a small cafe in the 1st floor The only one thing that can be improved was the communication as it was hard to get a hold of them prior arrival to understand parking locations Once we got there they have great instructions Overall a nice place at a great cost

For a relatively inexpensive price, the room was perfectly situated and comfortable. There were no frills, or even basics (like hangers for your clothes). We were a couple, but instead of having a bed for two, they pushed two beds together. No bueno. But the room was clean. The real problem was checking in. It seemed to be one person running the dining area and front desk. It was almost an act of god for us to leave our bag at the front. It took about 15 minutes to arrange this and no guests were waiting ahead of us. When we did check-in at about 5:00, again, no one was at the front desks. It took another 10 minutes of waiting until the manager was finished with some restaurant customers. Once everything was arranged, everything was fine. I don’t know if this is typical

Well located accommodation, decent breakfast, comfortable rooms. Check in period may be short for some, parking is also a bit of a walk.

Great place to stay and location is ideal
Great location. Right next to foot bridge going to castle. Shops, restaurants and everything is all around you. Big spacious room with spacious bathroom and shower. Wifi was great. Breakfast was great and you have a few choices like scrambled eggs or omelette.

Cesky Krumlov stay
The Largo was a bit difficult to find initially but was very centrally located . We were checked in earlier. It’s a nice place to spend a day or two. The rooms are on higher floors and thus lot of stairs to climb. The castle is close by but it’s closed for internal viewing from 1st of November to 31st of March.

PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE YOU BOOK!
I had a terrible experience with Largo, cause I didn't even get to stay in it. I urge you to read this before consider booking Largo. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Largo. Before going, I didn't read the instruction and didn't know Largo check-in time was from 8am-6pm, and they do not offer after-hours check-in. So the 1st night I arrived at 7:30ish and no one was there. I understand that is my personal mistake that I didn't read the instructions so I couldn't stay for the night. This is stated in Largos check-in instructions (attached): The front desk is open daily from 8am-6pm. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Guests arriving late won't be able to check-in UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING. So to my understanding, based on the instructions GIVEN BY LARGO, if I arrive late I won't be able to check-in right away, I'll have to wait till the next morning. Which I did, I went the next morning and was hoping to check-in for my 2nd night. The staff told me the entire booking was canceled because I didn't chcek-in on time. As a customer, I read what I saw on the site, and it said nothing about arriving late would cancel the entire booking, what it said was "check-in until the next morning". If you have such policy, you should have stated it clearly on the site, this is deceiving customers. I reported this matter to hotels.com and only asking for refund for my 2nd night, but Largo refused. I am writing this to share my experience and hope no one would go through this again.

Hello, we are sorry for the situation. At the moment when you didnt arrive, your reservation is canceled due to the terms and conditions. We were trying to contact you by phone call, we sended to you an email with all informations and we didnt get any answer. The whole reservation is automatically canceled at the time you didnt check - in and we dont have any message fom you about your arrival. We know that was tricky situation for you, but completely due to the terms and conditions.
