Can’t ask for a better view…pool was so relaxing and refreshing. Staff were beyond exceptional. Travelled to many places and the staff here was amazing…the breakfast and service too was absolutely incredible

This is a stunning hotel with one of the most beautiful sunset views I have ever seen. We stayed in a suite with a plunge pool and found it to be very spacious with 3 separate areas for the bathroom, bedroom and living room. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Çeşme. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Maalesef otelden hiç memnun kalmadım. Böyle bir otel ve bu kadar yüksek bir fiyat karşılığında çok daha iyi bir hizmet beklerdim. Özellikle kahvaltı bizim için büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Enazindan Enes bey ellinden geleni yapmaya calisti bi personel olarak tek ondan memnun kaldik. Verilen ücrete göre kesinlikle yeterli değildi. Hizmet kalitesi de maalesef çok kötüydü. Odamız sürekli kirliydi ve doğru düzgün temizlenmiyordu. Otelin ortak alanları da aynı şekilde temiz değildi. Havuzda günlerdir duran saç kümeleri vardı ve bu durum gerçekten çok rahatsız ediciydi. Açıkçası çok büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Böyle güzel ve kaliteli görünen bir otelin bu kadar bakımsız ve kötü hizmet veren bir yer olması gerçekten üzücü. Yaşadığım bu deneyimi değerlendirmelerde de açık ve dürüst bir şekilde paylaşacağım. Böyle bir otelden çok daha fazlasını beklerdim. Gerçekten çok yazık. Tek tsk etmek istediklerim yönetici ali beye bide erdem beye . Böyle bir harika manzarali otelin kapanmamisini isteriz ve böylelikle konseptin degismesini dileriz.

Ich hatte einen wundervollen und angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Jirasol. Das Hotel ist rundum gepflegt, wunderschön und vorallem sehr sauber. Sowohl die Getränke, das Frühstück oder das Abendessen im Restaurant Jira sind ohne Ausnahme wundervoll. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend sowie die gesamte Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde das Hotel jedem der in Cesme seinen Urlaub verbringt vom Herzen empfehlen. Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit, Hotel Jirasol. ☀️✨

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The views to the ocean were magical. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Only drawback was the language barrier some information was not communicated properly. Overall 100 out of 10 students exceeded expectations.
