“I saw the picture on the site and reserved a suite room, but the actual room was different from the picture, so I asked for a room with a bathtub in the picture, and they said no. As I checked, there weren't many customers on the day, so shouldn't the hotel change rooms for sure. I don't understand.”

“Atendimento excelente, quarto aconchegante e chuveiro show.”

“Staff is friendly, but the location is terrible here, it's right next to an expensive toll booth so you will not have an easy time getting an Uber if you need one, and if you are driving you will be paying about R$40 any time you go out depending on which direction you're going. “I expected this hotel to be 4 stars, but it didn't live up to my expectations. And there were no towels in the my room, they didn't speak English, and the service was a mess. i do not recommend this place”

Piscina climatizada interna bonita. Cama confortável, toalhas de banho fina comparada a outros Resorts.”
