"Reception staff was awesome. Francisco greeted us and check us in and was so helpful. Even tried to get us information via his personal phone ahead of time to ensure we could get our car into the city center. If I come back to Central, I am 100% staying at this property again."
"Well located, walking distance from most Sintra attractions (Palacio de Pena is close but a steep up hill climb) and lot of eating options. It's far from everything else. Very happy w/ our stay."

"The property is incredible and the location can't be beat. Rooms were clean and filled with charm. This was our second stay. The change we noticed was the hotel desk staff sat all day and were not helpful at all. They actually watched us struggling with our bags and never moved or offered assistance. Upon check-in the same thing happened, we had to ask if they could help us with our bags. "
