“위치가 기차역에서 가깝고 런던 시내로 나갈 버스정류장도 가깝고 주변에 맛집도 많아요 특히 하이든파크가 가까워서 넘 좋았어요 영국의 호텔은 처음인데 미로처럼 되어 있어서 헷갈려서 오르락내리락 했었네요 직원들 친절하고 좋아요”

“The hotel was perfect, exactly as described and in a lovely quiet but accessible location. The room we stayed in had 3 separated sleeping spaces so was brilliant for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The staff were also amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Pool and Sauna area also very nice. It was pricey, but it was value for money. Would highly recommend.”

Since my room is for single guest, size was very compact, but it was okay. “오래된 흔적이 정말 많습니다. 그리고 왜 보수를 안 할까는 생각이 들죠. 이 호텔에서 느낄 수 있는 것들은 다음과 같습니다. 첫 째, 엘레베이터에서 내가 가고 싶은 층의 버튼이 안 눌릴 수 있다. 둘 째, 화장실 변기에서 물이 밤새 흐를 수 있다. 셋 째, 고정식 샤워기에선 기대하던 수압대신 이슬비가 나올 수 있다. 넷 째, 모든 게 조금씩 부서져 놀랄 수 있다. 하지만 절대 놀라지 마세요! 원래부터 그랬습니다! 이외에 서비스는 좋았습니다. 모두 친절하고요!”

“패딩턴역에서 가깝고 평점이 높아서 예약했고, 총 5박 했습니다. 그런데 2박 이후부터 방에서 하수구 냄새인지 이상한 냄새가 계속 나고, 방 청소도 제대로 해주지 않았으며, 심지어 타월 교체도 제대로 안 해줬습니다. 변덕스러운 날씨와 함께 런던에 대한 기억이 별로 좋지 않게 되었습니다.”

“Room and bathroom spotless, but remember this is abudget hotel with no lounge or restaurant, earls court shops and food outlets very close within minutes of walking. Staff excellent friendly and approachable also very happy to answer questions and helpful, talked me through how to use my uber app. If your aftercheap ish and cheerful then this is for you. Linens changed daily bed very surprisingly comfortable....better than mine..lots of hot water and pressure also better than mine at home....

“Room was small but nice....bathroom was also nice....view was great.....breakfast was wonderful and filling....staff were VERY busy but friendly and helpful...hotel was nicely located to train station and location was perfect for my concert at OVO.”
