“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. There are 2 main accesses to the beaches, within a 5+ minute walk, to Smiths Reef for snorkeling and long walks on Grace Bay beach.
