This property is about 8 minutes outside from the more touristy area and uniquely centrally located. Very quiet but, also next to about 6 beaches and right across from the boat dock. The Onsight restaurant and the restaurants nearby serve excellent food.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will to help with any needs you may have. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We only stayed one night so we did not go to the pool but from photos it did look nice. Checkout was easy and quick and staff help us with taxi services to our next locations. Overall would stay again.

Highlights: incredible property, amazing views, pool and jacuzzi strategically place which made access very convenient. Lowlights: this property lacks elevators that are much needed in certain parts of the property. Also, the water (shower) did not work; however, the hotel accommodated us by placing us in another unit.

The room was fine. Clean and large but the view was to an alley and not the "courtyard" as advertised. The nearest back is 8 minutes away. The restaurant and ice cream/ all day breakfast were five and the staff working there friendly and customer oriented. The reception staff was professional but she can't across as someone who didn't not want to be there. Perhaps my imagination. The taxi (multiple passengers to different hotels) from the airport was $20 and the hotel was a 10 minute downhill walk to the marina, convenient for me.

There is no elevator so I had yo walk up five flights of stairs. Not easy with luggage. The room was large and clean with big balcony. The safe in the room was on the floor with no directions how to use it so I had to keep my valuables looked up in my suitcase. Because of this I did not have the housekeepers clean my room. The beach is quite a distance away. Not good if you have trouble walking. There is a restaurant on premises which was ok. There are 3 others about a block away which were good. The grocery store is far away so you need to take a taxi cab to get there which cost me $28.00 . Groceries were expensive. I took a taxi $40.00 to Grace Bay to go shopping. All the stores for your souvenirs are expensive. Nothing cheap here. I would suggest staying in Grace Bay if you wanted to be by the beach and close to restaurants and shops. My first time here and I would never go back!

Wonderful Ocean View

The hotel is very close to a quiet beach and at a quiet location. The staff were very accommodating. It is useful to either rent a car. Cab service can be pricey.

The property was very clean and well kept. Very private, and quite daily. The staff was friendly and helpful daily on where to eat, which activities the island had to offer daily. It’s easy to get a taxi within minutes. The Wave was across and it offered a very reason home style breakfast. Only downside was the water pressure was a slow drip. Good luck on a shampoo!

This is a nice hotel in a quiet location near Turtle Cove marina. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. The beach access is 8 minutes but the beach isn't as nice as Grace Bay. Be aware that taxi rides into Grace Bay are began $20 and $25 for 2 riders. Most taxi services only accept cash. The swimming pool is nice, cold, but nice. The hotel is in the process of remodeling and reutilizing some of its office spaces. Overall, the experience was great, but if you are aiming more when it comes from a resort like beach access or amenities more than a kitchen or pool, you might need to reconsider this location. But, if you are looking for a quiet location, with a nice clean room, then this is your spot.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The price was fair and reasonable for the amount of space and amenities onsite. I stayed in a studio unit because I was a solo traveler. I had everything I needed. There were plenty of toiletries, sheets, and towels within the unit. For convenience, there was also a washer and dryer. Cleaning service was great though they come at varying times during the day. The staff were nice as well. They safely kept my stuffs after check-out since my flight was way later in the day. I liked the convenience around. There were plenty of food places (I went to at least 5-6 different ones) and the beach near-by. I budgeted to eat out. But my unit came with a kitchen which I did not use, so I couldn’t tell you if there are actually equipped with necessary utensils (did not check for any). The nearest supermarket was a little bit of a walk (at least 20 min) but 5 min drive; so I took a taxi (costed me $20… would not recommend). I would suggest to make ride arrangements prior, which I did, but the trip to the supermarket was unplanned because I had forgotten a few things at home. I went by the pools a couple of times and they were well maintained. Honestly, I would stay there again.

Good amenities - pools and hot tub, big balcony, comfortable and clean rooms. Would absolutely recommend. Easy walking distance to beach, nearby restaurants, and vendors on-site. Easy 10-15 minute taxi to the excursions we did and 10 minutes from the airport.
