“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. “Spacious boathouses with great patio and terrace views. Very clean. Our boathouse had a few issues with the patio door lock and dryer not working which could not be fixed during our stay. Staff offered to move us but we decided shifting was not worth the effort. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the breakfast menu gets boring. Beach services are only towel and umbrella, no dining or drinks available. There is construction going on in the property but it is well managed snd not disturbing.”

“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray.
