Nobody says sorry for any mishaps. Nobody says it will be fixed right the way. Breakfast buffet had very limited choice. I found a huge cockroach in the breakfast room in a corner next to my table. Service is really bad at this hotel. Stay away."

"The rooms are very spacious which is the best aspect of the hotel. The bathroom floor around the toilet was dirty and the shower and walls needed a scrubbing. The rugs in the room were filthy. The balcony floor was so dirty I tracked black footprints into the room after walking on it. "
