Hot water doesn't work, water pressures too low in shower, no window, average breakfast, too small room for price, everything looks just okay, not good for price.

First of all, they kept me awaiting at the lobby for 45 minutes even though I arrived past 2 PM check in time. The room was not serviced the next day when I returned to hotel from shopping outside. Nobody says sorry for any mishaps. Nobody says it will be fixed right the way. Breakfast buffet had very limited choice. I found a huge cockroach in the breakfast room in a corner next to my table. Service is really bad at this hotel. Stay away.
