I spoke very little Korean, and they worked to help me in English. I needed to make changes to my reservation to add guests, and they were quick to accommodate my needs. Room was cleaned daily, and they stocked my fridge with waters for each day. My stay was a long one for my travels, and they made sure it was home for me for the duration."

"It’s a different sort of hotel. Garage doors, stairs and no key for room. This proposed an issue for the 3 large suitcases we had. The hotel employee carried bags up the stairs for us. The room was very large, clean and quiet. Air purifier was a plus. The rate was extremely good. All in all, it wasn’t bad and once you get the concept, it’s fine. We appreciate the baggage assistance. "
