Only stayed for one night but the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable! It’s about a 15 minute walk from the bullet train station so be mindful of that if you’re hauling around luggage, the sidewalks are not luggage friendly. Overall, a great hotel in a great area with a lot of local food nearby! Would stay again for longer whenever I return to Korea.

It was good to drink tea in the morning because there was a balcony and it was good to have an emart right downstairs I should have checked out an hour late, but there was no problem. It was soundproofed well.

I enjoyed my stay at UTOP. My room was practically a spacious two bedroom apartment. UTOP provided several amenities enabling a comfortable atmosphere. I would book again.

Great hotel, friendly and super service by staff

This is really a comfortable hotel. Staff is very friendly with a great service provided. Room looked like the pictures and was very clean and neat. Terrace was a great plus. It had also a movable frame with net against bugs and mosquitos. For this we could sleep with the door open en have fresh air. Location is great, in a posh upscale area with lots of bars and restaurants. Also the nightlife scene is around but was no disturbance for us. Overall best hotel we had in south Korea price quality wise.

Excellent modern property. Even though the room was small, they did an excellent job fitting everything into the space with plenty of storage, kitchen, sink, large fridge, closet, etc. all modern equipment. Bidet was better than most hotels. No complain in functionality despite the small space. The only complains are: (1) noise insulation, can hear neighbors (2) heated floor seemed to take temperature above thermostat temperature, we had to turn on the AC
