훌륭한 경치, 깨끗한 시설, 친절한 응대. 호텔시설 자체는 좋았습니다. 하지만 정책적인 면에서는 개선을 부탁드리고 싶습니다. 4인 가족이 한 방을 사용할 수 있도록 예약을 받으면서 주었지만, 침구는 여전히 2인기준으로만 제공하시길래, 프런트에 물어봤더니 "추가인원에 대해서는 비용을 받지 않지만, 추가 침구에 대해서는 비용을 받습니다" 라는 답변을 받았습니다. 어쩌면 추가침구 비용이 든다는 내용을 제가 못봤을 수도 있고, 혹은 추가인원 비용보다 추가침구 비용이 저렴할지도 모르겠군요. 하지만 추가인원비용이든 추가침구비용이든 숙박하는 사람 입장에서는 "추가비용"을 지불해야 하는 것은 똑같습니다. 예약시점에 "추가비용"이 들 수 있다는 점을 알지 못했다가, 체크인 후 그 사실을 알게 되니까 왠지 뭔가 당한 것 같은 기분이었습니다. 예약시점에 "추가비용"에 대해 명확하게 안내를 해주시면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다.

룸 컨디션이 매우 좋습니다. 전망도 좋습니다. 다만, 주차장 출입구에 막 주차해둔 차로 인해 차량 통행에 방해가 있어 불편하고 사고의 위험이 있습니다.

솔직후기

가족여행으로 강력 추천할만큼 숙소 상태 양호, 특히 층간소음 및 외부소음 없음. 그러나 저녁에 이용한 스카이라운지는 대단히 실망. 메뉴도 별로이지만 최악은 서빙하는 여직원의 태도, 검게 탄 먹태 상태를 보고 컴플레인하니 그냥 주문취소해준다고 함. 1층 로비에 있는 조그만 편의점이 더 친절함!

아직 주변 공사가 마무리 되지않아 진출입이 불편했어요ㅡ 지하 주차장도 진입시 너무 좁아서 박는줄 알았네요 . 룸이나 편의시설등은 다 좋았습니다

거제도 가면 잠은 라마다에서..

ㅇ 방도 생각보다 크고 깔끔하게 좋았습니다. ㅇ 수영장과 사우나도 좋았는데, 남자 사우나는 오션뷰가 아닙니다. ㅇ 조식 뷔페도 이용할만 했습니다. ㅇ 인근 대명리조트 워터파크 이용, 지세포항의 식당 이용하기 편리한 위치에 있습니다. ㅇ 다만 호텔 주변 정비가 아직 끝나지 않아서 자동차 진입로가 불편했습니다.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Kids liked swimming pool and sauna. It was a bit pitty that cafe at 1st floor was closed and restaurant provides just very few options for breakfast. All the rest was very good.

지어진지 얼마 안 된 호텔이어서 좋았습니다. 거제 주변에 오래된 팬션에서 전날 머물렀었는데, 새로 지어진 호텔에서 묵으니 기분 전환을 할 수 있었어요. 다만, 들어가는 길목이 아직 공사 중이라 조금 불편했습니다.

분명히 10살, 11살 아이둘과 어른두명-총4명이 킹프리미어 룸으로 예약햇어요. 큰 침대방과 작은방하나. 누가봐도 4명이 쓰는방. 근데 2인 기준인 방이니 이불 한채에33000원 내야하고 수영장.사우나 이용권도 두장만 주면서 따로 입장료가 없고 이불 두채66.000원을 내야 수영장 사용할 수 있다는 말만 되풀이하는 직원 가족 중 2명만 대표로 영장.사우나가라는게 말이됩니까. 입장료 낸다고해도 안된다니!. 규정만 되풀이해서 말하는 직원이면 로보트를 세워놔도 될일이겟죠. 이런 상황을 해결못하고 세 명씩이나 서서 뭐하는건지. 생긴지 얼마안되서인지. 건물만 올린다고 호텔이 아니죠.

인근 D 리조트 대비 조용하고 패밀리룸도 좋았고 깨끗한 편. 호텔 진입로 공사중이거나 미정비로 불쾌하였고 기계식 주차는 빨리 개선되어야 할 듯. 많이 기다리고 출차 입차가 번거로움. 3일 머무르는데 두번의 쿠폰으로 사우나 수영장 피트니스 제한하는 것은 넌센스. 리조트가 맞는지 의심이 감. 개선이 안되면 굳이 다시 찾을 호텔은 아님. 조식부페는 단가를 올려서라도 업그레이드 희망. 둘째날은 인근 D 부페가서 식사했음.

방만좋고 나머진 ㅡㅡa

호텔치고 침대와 온돌방이 같이 있어서 굉장히 넓고 지은지 얼마 안돼서인지 깨끗하긴 했습니다. 방이 좋은거 말고는 좋은게 하나도 없었습니다. 수영복외에 레시가드 입장이 안되는게 불편하고 수영장 물 온도가 냉탕급이라서 아이와 함께 수영하는데 입술이 퍼렇게되고 덜덜 떨어서 20분정도 수영하고 바로 나왔습니다. 호캉스를 기대하긴 어렵습니다. 전반적으로 재방문 하고싶은생각 제로였습니다. 라마다 오기전에 삼성호텔에서 1박하고 라마다로 간건데 비교가 많이 되더라구요. 가격은 비슷한데 말이죠. 이상입니다.

타 호텔에비해 넓고 깨끗하고 비치 용품이 풍부함 가격은 더 낮은 이유를 모르겠음 주차 및 기타 시설은 협소한 것이 유일한 단점이었음
