Oda hergun temizlendi. Mutfak yeterli idi. Çok yakında büyük bir supermarket ve sokağında geç saatlere kadar açık bir diğer kucuk market olması çok iyi. Plaja yakın ve yakındaki plajlar çok güzel.

To improve the e perience and safety I would say that a smoke detector is necessary and update the old style cooking hob arrangement please. The apartment and hospitality is excellent. I loved my stay. Thank you.

We were warmly greeted everyday by the staff!! They were very helpful on every level! Our room came with a plate of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and oranges with a couple bottles of water in the fridge. Yum!! There was always a plate of cookies and candies at the front desk too. Very conveniently located with 1/2 block to the bus stop, and 1 block to the grocery store one way or the GORGEOUS beaches the other. There is one washing machine available after 4pm (free of charge), so that was appreciated. You needed to stay close by or you would lose your turn to use it and need to wait a loooonnng time. No restaurants nearby so you have to bus to eat a meal. There are some beer huts on the beach - we went to one and ordered a pizza the first night … it was a frozen pizza 😒. We tried, what we thought was a nice restaurant on the beach, had breakfast and then found out it was a resort!!! They charged us $70 Euro for my bowl of yogurt with fruit and my grandson’s plate of eggs and toast! Ooops! Wouldn’t do that again! So definitely be prepared to fix your own meal in the kitchenette or bus downtown for meals - great selection. (We kept all scrape peels and such to feed the chickens on the way to the beach. Loved it! Would definitely recommend it to stay.

❌ Absolute Katastrophe – Dreck, Gestank, Tierquälerei und aggressives Personal!Ich habe in den Ilona Apartments gewohnt und kann nur jedem dringend von diesem Hotel abraten. Die Zustände vor Ort sind eine absolute Frechheit, unhygienisch und das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter ist asozial:Ekelhafte Küche: Die gesamte Küchenausstattung im Apartment war komplett dreckig! Töpfe, Gläser, Pfannen und sogar der Toaster waren unbenutzbar und verkrustet. Man musste alles erst selbst spülen.Beweis für null Reinigung: Mein Zimmer wurde seit über einer Woche überhaupt nicht gewischt! Ich habe extra Chips von meinem Sohn unter dem Bett liegen lassen, um das Personal zu testen – sie liegen heute immer noch ganz genau so da. Die Putzfrauen machen ihren Job absolut nicht.Unzumutbare Zustände: Da es extrem warm ist, schwitzt man nachts natürlich. Weil die Bettwäsche aber seit einer Woche nicht gewechselt wurde, musste ich die ganze Zeit in klammer, nach Schweiß stinkender Wäsche schlafen. Es ist einfach nur ekelhaft.Aggressives, unverschämtes Personal: Das gesamte Personal – von den Putzfrauen bis zur Rezeption – hat eine riesige Fresse und wird sofort unverschämt. Der Höhepunkt war, dass meine Frau am Abreisetag an der Rezeption extrem angeschrien wurde! Ich hatte draußen vor dem Hotel mit unserem Rettungshund gewartet, damit meine Frau mir nur kurz ein sauberes T-Shirt und Zigaretten von oben holt. Der Hund war nicht einmal im Gebäude, trotzdem wurde meine Frau grundlos attackiert.Tierquälerei d

Our stay was great close to a great beach and walking distance to a nice restaurant. The aircon thermostat didn’t work so aircon went all night and got very cold. Our host was very helpful and lovely. Easy off street parking.

Stay in Chania

Our stay was excellent. Property is clean, towels and linen regularly changed. The staff is friendly. The management leaves fresh fruit for grab every day. The location is excellent both for visiting the island and for lazy days by the nearby beach. The kitchenette is equipped with basic facilities. A microwave would definitely be welcome. Overall highly recommended

EXCELLENT THREE NIGHT STAY

Excellent. Spotlessly clean, quiet, very welcoming, easy parking and though the car was needed to get to the centre, that was OK. Good signage from main road but beware the Google Maps because it does not show roads clearly. Cannot recommend highly enough for the price. Old fashioned but everything worked well.

The property is in a great location: walking distance to the beach, a supermarket on the corner, and a convenient bus stop. The property itself is unique because there is a lovely roof top garden area for sunning and enjoying the view. The owner goes out of his way to make you feel at home. During this recent visit we feasted on tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon, oranges, and fresh figs that the owner gave out free to guests. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily with reliable internet connection.

A recommander : rapport qualité prix excellent!

Accueil très chaleureux . Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu mais nous avons récupéré les clefs facilement . A 2kms du centre ville de chania, un peu loin pour aller à pieds en centre ville avec un enfant , mais arrêt bus proche. Si vous avez un véhicule, il est facile de se garer proche du port de chania en juin. Donc nous avons profité de l'animation de chania. Appartement bien situé , il est très facile de récupérer la nationale pour visiter la région de chania.
