I could not have asked for a better stay at Villa Alexander. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, the villa was incredible, so well maintained and big and clean, the pool was perfect, and the area was peaceful and felt very safe. The owner of the villa was absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome throughout my stay, and we met on my final day there, and she could not have been sweeter and more warm. I hope to return to Villa Alexander in the future and am already missing it there.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Alexander

Our family of 6 stayed in this very lovely, clean villa in Kalathas, Crete, which is a wonderful location. The beach near the Villa is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas (you have to pay for them)! We did drive to the beach which is about 1 mile away. The Villa is only a 15-20 minute drive to Chania. The pool was beautiful and clean. There are 12 apartments, and it was quiet and serene. We really enjoyed our stay which slept 6 people comfortably. Sandy was extraordinary and made sure we had what we needed. I would recommend bringing a small fan or two. The bedrooms were air-conditioned but not the main living area. We loved our stay. Thank you!

Lovely apartments.

Lovely apartment. Beautiful pool. Spotlessly clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. No faults. We didnt have a car but the beach is a 10 minute walk and its where you can find 3 restaurants (not the nicest of walks and it may be difficult if you have any mobility / health issues as its a little uphill). 2 shops are a 5 minute walk. Bus to Chania town is €1.60 (from near shop) but last bus is 8pm (there not very regular / Taxi is €25). Perfect for a relaxing break or as a base to explore 😀

Villaen ligger i ett lite boligområde ett stykke fra havet. Vi hadde bil og kjørte på 5 min til første strand. Leiligheten vi bodde i gikk over 2 plan (Leilighet nr 10) Soverommene i andre etg. To balkonger mot basseng og solnedgang. Rent og pent. Ingen matservering, men mat kunne bestilles fra ett hotell i nærheten. Bassenget så pent og rent ut.

Très bien bon séjour

Grandes pièces avec frigo de bonne taille ,modernes à l intérieur climatisation sans bruit. Accueil très sympathique très belle vue un peu bruyant à cause de la proximité de l aéroport mais c était cette proximité qui nous a fait choisir le lieu les photos du site ressemblent à un dessin ordinateur mais le rendu est le même désolé je n'arrive pas à joindre une photo

Fantastiskt Boende !!! Var 12 dagar i Villa Alexander. Högsta betyg för allt från mig⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Bodde i en Studio med min dotter /14år/. Mycket fin utrustat enrummare med kokspentry. Bekväm säng. Nya handukar och perfect städning varje dag. Sandy och Tamara från Receptionen alltid med leendet, trevliga, hjärtliga och hjälpsamma 💕 !!! Magiskt utsikt. Pool ren och fint. Nära till vacker strand i Kalathas. Buss till Chania flera gånger om dagen. Nära till affären Stop&Shop var man kan köpa allt. Kommer säkert besöka Villa Alexander igen/Marta

Lovely unit, Great value, fabulous staff

The unit is clean, pool is fantastic, staff were friendly & very helpful. We got a taxi to travel round, may be easier to hire a car as it's not close to walk to restaurants, town, etc. Nice & quiet other than the air force planes. Was fabulous for some sun, sea & sand 👍😁. Εξαιρετικά ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια σε μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία (Καλαθάς) πεντακάθαρα και άνετα με τέλεια ηχομόνωση και αθόρυβο κλιματισμό . Οργανωμενο κουζινακι με τα ανάλογα σκεύη καφετιέρα βραστηρα και φρυγανιερα! Η πισίνα καθαρή και αρκετά μεγάλη , το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο! Προτιμηστε τα μοντέρνα δωμάτια που είναι και ανακαινισμένα!

Perfect for a relaxing break in the sun

Gorgeous place to stay for a relaxing break. The apartment was spotless and perfect for a week in the sun. The balcony view was incredible, overlooking the pool and the sea. Will definitely be back!

What a find! A lovely place with nice pool area and a gorgeous view of the sunset. Couple minutes drive to a beach. Two bedroom unit had everything we needed, including a patio overlooking the pool.

Great view, great value

We stayed here the night before our departure since it's quite close to the airport, but wish we could have spent more time as the property is lovely, the location convenient to the beach and great restaurants, and the view awesome. The only awkward thing was finding someone to check in with, since the front desk is not staffed. We had been notified by the property manager of this situation, however, so were prepared.

Nice place

Very nice place but there was no information on VRBO of how or who to contact for more information when I get to greece. I had to go to their website, sent an email and did get a response. I called the phone number on the site and they gave me another number. After that I was able to contact the person that manages the place to find out how to get the key and who to meet. They just leave the key on the door and don't meet you at your arrival, I just thought it was very strange. Nice beach 2 minutes away and city center 15 minutes away.
