Huge thanks to the super friendly and professional staff—they planned our itinerary, booked all our tickets, and made everything easy. The pools are amazing, breakfast is delicious with local options, and the free shuttle is a lifesaver. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!”

“We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! “Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.”
