“Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. “Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. ”

“Fantastic location for exploring many of the popular Cotswold villages. It’s easy to find and feels nice and private with it being one of 3 pods on the farm. Inside is presented beautifully and it’s spotless. Everything has been thought of down to spare batteries, coffee pods and women’s toiletries. Communication regarding how to find them and check in is easy to follow and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back as a base to explore more of the Cotswolds. ”

“Sweet historic little cottage with precious garden, modern kitchen and comfy bed. Stairs are very narrow if you have mobility issues. Bring a sleeping mask as one room is very bright in the morning, due to skylights that make the room cheerful. Had trouble finding it because google map is incorrect. It is located on a very very narrow alleyway and the ivy covered fence has no signage on the outside! You open the green gate in the midst of the ivy covered fence! Lovely spot. Hope to return soon!”
